De Merkplaats was afgelopen dinsdag op bezoek bij Nyenrode New Business School aan de Keizersgracht in Amsterdam. De jonge ondernemers van de Business University kregen een gastcollege over het intellectuele eigendomsrecht in de praktijk.

Na het Grafische Lyceum Rotterdam en InHolland hadden nu ook de studenten van Nyenrode Business University behoefte aan een update over het intellectuele eigendom. Niet alleen voor de creatieve studenten is het belangrijk om zich bewust te zijn van de verschillende IE-rechten, ook de toekomstige ondernemers zullen veel te maken krijgen met dit onderwerp. Zo werden er al vragen gesteld als: “In hoeverre kan ik mijn businessplan beschermen?” en “Een vriend heeft voor ons een logo ontworpen, hebben wij nu zeggenschap over het logo?”.

de Merkplaats visited Nyenrode New Business School at the Keizersgracht in Amsterdam last tuesday. The young entrepreneurs of the Business University got a guest lecture  about intellectual property in practice.

After the Grafische Lyceum Rotterdam and InHolland the students of Nyenrode Business University also wanted an update about intellectual property. It isn’t just important for creative students to be aware of the different IP-rights, but also the future entrepreneurs will be working a lot with these rights. There were questions asked like: “How can I protect my business plan” and “A friend designed a logo for us, are we now owners of the logo?”.
