On Tuesday March 24th Alphons Geerlings LL.M. and Sam van den Berg gave a lecture on behalf of CC Proof and de Merkplaats, this time at University College Inholland, based in Diemen.

During the lecture of one and a half our the different intellectual property rights were discussed among other subjects. Especially the trademark right and the copyright in practice were discussed. The students were very enthusiastic about the role of CC Proof and de Merkplaats in the intellectual property. Anouk Brecht, teacher at University College InHolland, described the lecture as “inspiring and enthusing”.

The creative academies have more and more interest in being conscious of intellectual property. That is why CC Proof is finding its way in education.
